Who We Are Looking For
We look for providers who:
- Perform mold inspection, testing, remediation or black mold removal
- Serve homeowners in or near our service areas
- Are comfortable with older houses and their surprises
- Explain work clearly, without scare tactics
Experience with colonial and split-level homes, damp basements, rowhouses and aging plumbing is a plus.
What We Expect
Providers in our network are expected to:
- Hold the licenses and insurance their state or town requires
- Give written quotes before work begins
- Answer homeowner requests politely and in good time
- Be honest about what mold can and cannot tell a homeowner
- Avoid promises about insurance coverage or results
Honest talk builds trust. We lean on that.
How to Apply
